Hip mobility is a critical factor for speed and power. If an athlete lacks hip mobility they may not be able to move through the desired ranges of motion to move efficiently. Hurdle mobility exercises are a great way of developing lumbo-pelvic-hip mobility in a dynamic manner that fits well into the warmup of a speed and power session.
