S3 Episode 1 | NFL Combine 5-10-5 Drill

In this episode, Coach Young takes us through the practical application of the 5-10-5 drill used for NFL training and combine testing, sometimes referred to as the pro agility test. This is a key test looking at a lateral change of direction, moving into linear speed. It's important to ensure your athlete is set up correctly in order to achieve maximum results, and look at testing the athletes agility from both left and right.
