In this season Director of Performance and Research at Athletic Lab Dr. Mike Young will be taking an in-depth look at NFL combine specific training drills.
These tests are used at the professional, collegiate and high school level to assess American Football players before they enter the NFL. They're a great way to test an athlete's speed, power, agility, footwork and coordination abilities.
